Welcome to IWETHEY!

New I got one of these blades for some tile work, but haven't used it yet.
https://www.amazon.com/Fein-63502125210-Carbide-Oscillating-Segmented/dp/B019A32UPU I got that one because we've got bath tile that is very close together.

The tool I have is a FEIN MM 250Q. It looks like I've had it for 14 years and haven't turned it on yet. (It was $320 in 2011.) My "honey do" list can be very slow to clear... :-/

Good blades and good tools make an amazing difference. I know there are usually other constraints though.

I'll need to take out a cinderblock between 2 rooms at work to run some plumbing between them. I tentatively plan to use that tool to cut through the mortar without (with any luck) making a huge mess.

HTH a little. Good luck!

Best wishes,
Scott.
New Okay, thanks
I have my order in. It's going to cut 10 hours of hard, slow hot heat gun and hard scraping work down to a few minutes. Construction glue is ridiculously difficult to separate from the tiles and the wall.

Then I'm going to walk around the house and cut off every nail sticking out. I pulled shiplap and it left a huge assortment of these tiny nails everywhere. Then I'm going to put in some 6-in lag bolts into my kitchen studs over the counter and drill a couple holes in a board on the thin center to put it in as a hidden hardware hanging shelf. And then do the same thing around the house putting up cat shelves with smaller ones. After I put the bolt in, I will shear the the head off and shove it into the holes in the shelf. When my wife gets annoyed and tells me to take down those shelves I will cut them off the wall with that tool. The list goes on and on. I should have been using this thing for years.
