ETA: Sentient LRPD: For those of you not versed in fine dining lingo, that is: Potato Bacon Cheez, fried noodle pockets, fried cheese, grease bread, cream cheese dip, chicken fingers, and fried fry.

New Made Norwegian Iceberg lettuce salad . . .
. . last week. The recipe (from a book published under the agis of the Norwegian government, thus "authentic") did not specify Iceberg Lettuce (Crisphead elsewhere) but it did say to "cut the lettuce", and iceberg cuts much better than other lettuce. The chunks of crisp lettuce worked much better with the chunks of potato and hard cooked eggs than any other lettuce would have. Good dressing too.
