Poor volume on outbound calls

Whenever he makes outgoing calls, the other person can barely hear him. Inbound calls work fine. Any ideas what I should be looking at? -- Drew

Her calls to me are always deafening to my poor ears. :-/ Here's something that talks about adjusting the maximum volume limit on the receiving phone, but that probably won't help unless it's just a few people he calls. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s23-series/in-call-volume-too-low-on-s23-phone/td-p/7163399/page/3 Some IP telephony threads talk about system specific tweaks, but there's probably no way to do that for him.
