New Poor volume on outbound calls
My brother (yes, I'm doing remote phone support) has an AT&T Flip 4 (Android flip phone). Whenever he makes outgoing calls, the other person can barely hear him. Inbound calls work fine.

Any ideas what I should be looking at?

New Might be network dependent.
I'm on Fi. J is on Verizon.

Her calls to me are always deafening to my poor ears.

:-/

Here's something that talks about adjusting the maximum volume limit on the receiving phone, but that probably won't help unless it's just a few people he calls.

https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s23-series/in-call-volume-too-low-on-s23-phone/td-p/7163399/page/3

Some IP telephony threads talk about system specific tweaks, but there's probably no way to do that for him.

A reply on an iPhone thread points to checking the microphones, but why would it be different for incoming calls?

Dunno.

Good luck!

Cheers,
Scott.
New Looks like that's Samsung specific
This is a Pixel, so default Android, and that control doesn't exist.

New Pun intended?
I'm doing remote phone support
Possibly "phone support" in two ways?
