Topping: Zuza Zac says that in Poland the topping is Boiled Eggs and in Lithuania it's Smocked Chicken.
Dunno if chickens wear smocks in Lithuania, but I can imagine Lithuanians smoking chickens. (Heck, can't be worse than Soviet cigarettes.)
