You have to set the feet up on the rack to pull anything out. Those feet slide out very far for heavy racks since something heavy on top slid out will tip it over and kill you. And then the computer rails will slide out the full depth of the computer.

You have to do it for both of those backs.

So you need that full distance for everything to slide back and then the ability to stand behind it and work on it.
