Geez, guy, as Brandioch said (oh, no, I'm about to agree with him again) stupid is stupid is stupid in any culture. Firing bullets into the air in celebration is dumb. Going out and firing a damn mortor during a wedding celebration sounds about as dumb as an American holding a bottle rocket in his hand during a drunken 4th of July firestarting spree.
