The entire problem *should* have had a European-led solution to begin with. It's in their own back yard. Sure, let's *help* them if they need it (who needs another war sparked in the Balkans?). But its *their* responsibility to mow their own yard.
How many of those 19,000 U.N. - NATO troops are U.S. troops? (I'm just curious, it seems as if every time there is a U.N. sanctioned "police action", it's the good 'ole USA who is providing most of the troops and equipment.)
