The argument escalated to the point where the handicapped guy sprayed bear spray on the other guy, which seemed to happen as he was getting too close to the window?, and then the other guy went around to the other side of the car whereupon the handicap guy shot him. Florida!

But he also initiated the confrontation. But he was actually right about the guy parking illegally and (I'll assume) driving the wrong way. But if he's living in his car why is he taking up that parking space? But he is handicapped, so he presumably has a right to be there. tl;dr Sounds like two guys both being assholes. Okay, maybe not executed. But something permanent. Something that would cause him to need that handicapped spot in the future. I think that's a decent trade. I have have cysts throughout the bottom of my feet. I walk on marbles shoved in between my bones and tendons. Either hip can dislocate at any moment. I can hop out of my car and look fine and 30 seconds later I could be limping hard and couldn't possibly make it to the shopping cart to lean on. I don't have that handicapped card yet. But I will. And I will be obnoxious to any one who parks there and does not have the card.
