Basically a bunch of masked people, claiming to be Russians from the Kursk region which in turn is telling the rest Russia to go f*** off, that they are worthless people from other parts of Russia who aren't welcome here to persecute your war, and here's a website for anybody who would like to join us.
Hopefully someone will do an accent analysis. Hopefully it won't be with a Ukrainian accent.
