I got a bit of information for the above when I saw a clip in this at 3:48:

This is from warthog which is Ukrainian pro-propaganda channel which basically shows a constant bombardment of clips with a bit of a propaganda type narrative. That's okay.
They kick out a couple of these videos daily.
I've seen almost every single one of these clips the day before from the Enforcer, but many of them don't have the next day's context. The Enforcer is typically too immediate and is data not information at this point.
But these channels still give me starting points to go Google which I then did.
Tiny little round metal balls. Sometimes God damn big metal balls. But they're only metal balls.
Here's a decent exchange and various pointers on the importance of these little/ occasionally big things.

Little metal balls that the slightest nick out of can cause the airplane to crash upon landing. Five down, another 80 or so to go based on what the current fleet levels are. And there's nothing they can do about it, it's just a matter of time. And time is running out.
I just find it amusing. Tiny little balls and the fact that we make them better than China could be a determining factor when their planes are falling out of the sky and crashing upon landing. It has to happen to every single one of their planes sooner or later until the fleet gets smaller off until there's nothing left. Or at least until they can't field enough to matter.
I seem to remember it was a plotline in Hogan's Heroes when I was a little kid. There was some type of plot about bombing a ball bearing factory. I knew how important ball bearings were war efforts when I was a little kid.
So:
#1 starve out their oil. Bomb the shit out of the refineries. I think they're down 17% of their capacity and they are losing money everyday just by running. They are buying refined products from out of the country right now. Their prices are rising dramatically. Sooner or later Putin's going to have to decide whether or not this cash fund he's got hidden away is better served to fund his escape.

I love the tiny little clip at 5:10 from the above video. Gas station masquerading as a country is out of gas, next to a picture of closed pumps out of gas.
#2 bomb the s*** out of every every gas/ oil Depot between the edge of Siberia which they can't get to (so far) and everything to the border. Watch war machine grind to a halt when they can't get fuel for it. Yes fantasy, but certain little bits are key pieces.
#3 watch the planes fall out of the sky and the war machine grind to a halt when they can't get ball bearings?
It seems right now they're concentrating on the above. Plus they want to take out every bit of radar/ air defense that they can before the f-16s show up. Imagine the propaganda loss on the Ukrainian side if they start sending the f-16s up and those f-16s are shot down.
