Welcome to IWETHEY!

New was playing around with openai
https://chat.openai.com
and asked a few questions. One answer was marginal so I noted the direction of finding the correct answer. It quickly rounded up what I was looking for and answered more intelligently. Now I wonder if that knowledge would be applied generally or the answer tied to my login. I would be interested to know what someone else got as an answer to the following question
"who are the auphe?"
would if give someone else the first answer it gave me or combine that with my answer. I'm curious

New Last I looked, they wanted my cell phone number. Is that still the case?
New yes 2 factor auth

New in my case they can get in line and track down all the spam medicare calls I get
not sure how they could monetise that but "shrug"

New Fi is pretty good about keeping spam away.
Either that, or almost nobody is interested in calling me. I like keeping it that way.

;-)

Sorry. I hope someone can help and report back.

Cheers,
Scott.
New Re: was playing around with openai
Depends.

Your session is unique to you, and apart from intentional training by OpenAI the models do not learn. The session context is limited to 8000 tokens (roughly 1-2 per word) and that's the extent of its short-term memory.

I don't know what they have the temperature of ChatGPT set at, but there's a certain amount of random wiggle room within the probability tree if they have it set anywhere north of 0.
