Cujo signs with the Red Wings and now the Leafs sign Belfour. I've never liked Belfour and it's going to be damn hard to watch games this winter. I suppose though it could have been worse: the buds could have signed Hasek.

Can you believe the contract Holik signed with the NYR? There is no way he is worth that amount of money. Stupid management, they cry and cry about not making any money yet they spend money ridiculously in situations like this. They have only themselves to blame. I'd love to see Selanne signed by Toronto. Imagine him and Sundin racing down the ice. Sweet! Hoglund may wind up with another 30 goal season. At least until Renberg comes back and learns to play left wing.
