New another inexplicable "coincidence"
Driving home from a client, for some unknown reason I was thinking of a cartoon in my collection. It features a witches home, and the sign in the front yard says "Trespassers will be Toad".

Somebody must have trespassed. In less than 5 minutes, after I left the freeway and headed up the hill, the car in front of me had the license plate "IMDTOAD".

New No, that should be "very, very unlikely", but not impossible.
I've had enough "coincidences" in my life, more serious than this one, to strongly suspect there's stuff going on that is not explained.
