New "Shoulder Clod" is still a common designation . . .
. . here in Southern California. The weekly flier from Super King (my major market) lists it as a sale item this week.
New Never occurred to me there's be regional names for different cuts
But why not? We've got regional names for everything. Bubbler / water fountain; sidewalk / pavement; hoagie / a dozen different names for things that wish they were hoagies.
