New RTINGS seems to do good reviews.
I bought a cheap 50" LG 4k TV that I'm using as a monitor based on their reviews.

They mention the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 (scroll down, in the "business" category).

I have an older Lenovo ThinkBook 13s-IWL i5 that has been fine. I don't do any video editing, etc.

NotebookCheck.net is an excellent site for reviews as well. Especially for the displays. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Laptop-Buying-Guide-Tool.13212.0.html
