Recaro had such things for their aftermarket seats years ago.

I don't know of any contemporary versions.
Even if you can find a set of Recaros, the speakers are almost certainly shot (rubber degrades) so you'd have to find someone to rebuild them. I would imagine they don't sound very good either (you usually don't want to surround speakers with foam padding, leather, etc.).
