Welcome to IWETHEY!

New local stores are out of cranberry jelly/sauce
so I bought some fresh cranberries. On a last minute run for a bottle of yellow mustard I found some cranberry sauce. Hmm, put the fresh cranberries in the stuffing, their sourness should be offset by the canned mandarins I added. Will report back tonight on how it turned out.

New My favorite cranberry sauce:
Is really a chutney.

More involved than throwing them in the stuffing, but very tasty:

New I have used this one several times.
It's one of my oldest surviving recipes, from 2006. I was very happy with it, especially the reduced sugar content.

Cranberry Sauce
New The chutney could do with less sugar.
I can't do pineapples because they give me migraines, but your recipe looks pretty tasty too.
