The monsters in Texas don't want any of this to go to court where the law is likely to be struck down. They want to take the SCOTUS unsigned shadow docket statement and declare victory. Instead, they want all the providers and people who support abortion rights to be cowed in fear of being sued - they want people to enforce it on themselves.
