New Well, "The Big Lie" didn't come.
Larry Elder was ready with claims of fraud, lawsuits, demands for investigation, lies, etc - in case he lost. But he didn't lose - he got creamed. Creamed so bad his claims would only have resulted in laughter. Creamed so bad he actually used the word "lost" during his evening campaign event. He started to take down his fraud stuff immediately.

Here in California we're not that fond of Newsom, but we definitely know what would be a lot worse.

Similarly, at the last Presidential - one of Trump's campaign managers stated they expected to lose, but for the election to be so close they could take it to the courts and get it fixed. They lost so badly the courts just laughed at them.

Let us hope this trend continues.
New He said "he lost the battle, but will win the war".
But, accepting losing the battle is a start.
Alex

"There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that "my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge."

-- Isaac Asimov
