Kohl's was definitely smoother and quicker. It was an item that would have cost more to ship than it was worth. But I don't think I had a choice which shipper to use.

New I've done them through UPS . . .
. . real complicated. 1) Set package on counter with the return paper on top. 2) catch the eye of a UPS person. 3) when they nod, leave. About 30 seconds total.
     Amazon returns via Kohl's - (crazy) - (4) - May 16, 2021, 08:54:52 AM EDT
