Imagine if she wasn't smart enough to lie to start off with and she gets her appointment cancelled. And the she can't get the next one soon enough. Drook: your state sucks.

The threat of a felony conviction will take care of the rest. (Even if they can't make anything stick, I don't know if any insurance policy covers the cost of a criminal prosecution.)
