New Speed split
would only be near the Houston and Dallas/Forth Worth areas due to pollution issues. I should have clarified that.

New Separate routes - speed split OK
A dangerous things to have, though, is a speed split on a regular highway. Speed doesn't kill - speed differentials combined with various driver mistakes/stupidities kill.
