"Starting at P = 1 atm and moving horizontally, liquid region is reached at T 180C Then into the gaseous region, at T  160 C. So, solid methane melts In order for methane to sublime, the pressure must be below the triple point pressure" Looks like CH-4 passes as, nothing (over Eons in the mere Arctic) is likely to have hit -200º C--with damn near perfect insulation unto (our possibly last-) millennium. And necessity of 1/10 atmospheric pressure, to boot. Gotta love Chemistry; it's all about Physics. But 'Muricans are all about Sports; 'Climate' is way down such lists, I've noted.
