(I recall similar, when Ronnie was Gov. of this 'State'), especially when I went to the brouhaha at CAL
--during the Free Speech sit-in, Sproul Hall (Berkeley) and [via home-made PRESS Pass] went inside,
recorded Mario Savio's orations-within (to broadcast later, maybe: on my 15 min/week 'slot' at a S.F.
FM Station). About an hour later, Ronnie had just sent-in the Highway Patrol to drag students out,
bumping heads on stairs--as later revealed. I left just before that began, thus missed *Joan Baez!
--singing on steps at the main entryway!

* She of the achingly-pure Soprano 'nic ... so much for my Crush on the Lass.. (Once met by
my S.O. {!) Asked to give me a call, she punted: "Nobody ever believes.." {{sigh}}

Had to zero-out a long-term friend and a few--learning of his vote (in all context). Today there are Legions of such disconnects. Back to 🀆-One.
