They just lost a lawsuit over whether they could make their T&Cs retro-active (they can't) which means people suing over being banned before they changed the T&Cs could cost Patreon a lot of money. There are predictions that Patreon is going to collapse over this. Well I may not like the test case, I may not agree with the guy suing patreon, the bottom one is I really don't like arbitration enforcement clauses. And as far as I'm concerned when any company ever gets nailed and has to pay for arbitration I'm good with that.

There is unlikely to be one that would be a "drop-in" replacement for Patreon, but there are platforms for some subsets of existing Patreon users. I've already mentioned my friend who has moved to OnlyCams. It's fairly easy to google for a list of prospective candidates. Wade.
