PS: Let's examine the definition of "journalist"
Does Facebook count as "media"? If so, isn't any person live-streaming a "journalist"? Would love to see the ACLU or other legal groups take that one on. Establish that if someone is filming, they must be presumed to be press and given all appropriate legal deference. -- Drew |
