Talk to the Customer Service group. Ask them what the most common "issues" are...especially those where customers require information to be sent post order.
If there are any tech data sheets, specifications...these are usually the things that get asked for the most.
Get the sales collateral from the sales guys. Get it transferred to pdf format and allow customers to pull that info themnselves.
Most importantly...you don't have to "invent" anything. Spend some time surfing...focus that surfing on competitive companies or companies in the same general business...see what they do and take what you like...pitch what you don't.
