DJT-LImited-Liability-Corp: can't even ship useable Swabs.
A lengthy analysis (of just Four) errors, two probably un-fixable here summarized. This from npr's All Things Considered today, but may have legs elsewhere.
1) They arrive In Bulk, in-a-box, NOT each individually wrapped for-all-obvious reasons (~144/box IIRC)
2) the 'sticks' are un-scored (so that Med-type can break-off an appropriate length) for the holder + the person's size, I guess.
3) Something something re bleach--and its dangerous reaction to (this packaging and, more]
Thus per their report: stacks of these boxes are sitting all over; DJT/LLC says, "the ones you want are filet mignon--from Italy; not enough supply. You have to make-do with {problems in a pandemic) etc. etc.
As to how? some sterile non-existent machine might hygienically grab and wrap these loose-cannons ..is left to one's Engineering-trained MD, etc. Clearly though, this clusterfuck has 'Designed by The President* all over it.
