I spend a lot of time doing preventative maintenace and training of users as my goal is to have happy self directed users willing to come to me knowing their needs will be met in a timely and pleasant fashion. Look out, because if you have a few brown nosers in your team, one of them is going to get promoted to being your boss or part of the management. *I am free now, to choose my own destiny.*
