New That came out wrong.
I meant working to help equalise life and living standards on both sides of the border. The best borders are ones that are not really there because there's no reason to restrict passage across them.

New mexicans are not flooding accross the border, central americans
and a smattering of other nationalities are crushing the border. The Narcos bring a lot of money from the states but they are stingy in some cases but benevolent in some areas.
