a lot of blather about awards, the guy I report to nattered on about a manager wo assists other managers, has vision, has direction and had a pretty nice copper clad compass as a reward. Then he named me. All I ever do is treat people the way I want to be treated. If there is an error in my teams it is my error. If there is customer praise for my teams it is there accomplishments, not mine.

My thanks and appreciation is a pay check every two weeks, nice tho a lot of folks came up and said hi.

But I am a cynical bastard and the folks praising me are leaving in two weeks and I inherit all they headaches, I will be firing one once they leave.
