![]() They were clearly lying. They were clearly bribing people. But if I do those things to get a job is that a crime, or a cause for civil action? That's what I don't get is why this is criminal, not civil. -- Drew |

![]() That's "fraud" To get a college place: deception to enter into a contract; a college place is a contractual relationship much like any other. Also fraud. |
