Just like my neighbors that complain when the dog barks outside. Well no more, because we just put the dog in the pound because he bit my son, and nephew, and my wife's Uncle. No more dog means no more complaints, the dog was 15 years old and getting senile.
Either you can:
#1 Wear cotton pants, the cottom will breathe better.
#2 Use body paint on your legs so they don't look white.
#3 Get a tan on your legs.
#4 Get someone else to mow the lawn for you.
#5 Mow the lawn yourself, but at night.
#6 Don't do anything and continue to mow the lawn the same way you always do. When the neighbors complain, flip them off.
