It's totally believable that he would dictate a tweet saying "we're pulling dependents out of ROK" and expect someone to post it, and it not getting posted because people realize how dangerous it is. It doesn't mean, at all, that his phone is hacked by Vlad or Kim. HTH. Cheers, Scott.

Does he dictate them? have any pics? or are "drafts of his tweets" residing on his phone until he presses send like every other user of the platform? So who is the traitor who is discussing his ideas with the north koreans? The idea that the pentagon and the north koreans are aware of the contents of his tweets is absurd on the face of it and damages any credibility of anything woodward pontificates.
