I'd like to attempt to create a marketing list. Yeah, I'm scum, just hear me out.

M works at an assisted living care facility. She's essentially in charge when she's there.

They have "memory care" (dementia of some sort) and simple "assisted".

They have empty beds, it would be nice if she can help fill them.

So, I can start with the Denver area census data but what else.

I gotta find old people with money with kids who are too busy or incapable of caring for them.

If you've been in this situation (amateur care giver) you know how difficult it is, so I can pretend this is a public service.

Any pointers?
