My store had no Goat this week, but Mutton chunks were on sale. This sheep must have retired from a long career working in the wool mines, because it took 5 hours at a fast simmer to become tender enough to eat.
Sunday evening, I served it to a lady who was absolutely sure she couldn't possibly eat anything like "Mutton". Tuned out she was able to eat it, cleaned her plate and said it was delicious.
