A funny about sushi bars. They have two kinds of mackerel sushi:
Spanish Mackerel Japanese Mackerel
The "Spanish Mackerel" is Norwegian Mackerel, if they can get it, Japanese Mackerel if they can't.
The "Japanese Mackerel" is a lightly pickled mackerel, something they learned from the Portuguese. It too will use Norwegian Mackerel if they can get it.

I'll even go so far as to concede that today's postliterate teenagers are already sufficiently impaired by pop culture that anything that serves to make them even more scatterbrained is rather in the way of gilding the lily, and should not be encouraged.
