Last I heard, the offense to be adjudicated is about using an NDA (non-disclosure) rubric to prevent revelation of a politically relevant event ... and variations on that theme. (A similar case forced Mr. Hart, a promising candidate also for Prez, to withdraw; 'course both then and now: nobody ever lost a bet concerning the average hypocrisy of our Slaver-descendants then and now.)
