It's dense. Surprisingly weighty.
The power button is an actual button now.
Setup is super-easy but the update took a while - only 800MB to download, but the verification stage took aaaaaaaages.
The XB1X controller is just the same as the white controller I bought to replace the OG XB1 controller (that the dog chewed).
Pairing an additional controller is surprisingly obtuse.
It can control my TV and TiVo, which my OG XB1 couldn't.
Still can't use a picture from OneDrive as backdrop. Trivial but annoying.

Couldn't really see that much of an improvement in Forza Horizon 3.
Gears Of War 4 otoh looks fabulous. I still suck (and I mean suck) at shooters on consoles, though. KB/M 4 LYFE
If you search for "4K" on Netflix, nothing that turns up in the search results is 4K
If you haven't got a 4K TV, do not buy a 4K console of any description. The performance uplift isn't worth it.
