With or without squirrels? :)
Mountain folks like them. [typo fixed in header] Alex "There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. without, squirrels are best fried

Brunswick Stew
I have written this recipe up in my format, as I have long intended to do a Brunswick stew and will do it soon. Ingredients and quantities are exactly as per the original recipe, except my suggestion to use rabbit if squirrel is not available. Steps are exactly the same as in the original recipe. My times are a best guess without having done the recipe yet. Brunswick Stew |
