Post #421,702 by Ashton 12/12/17 5:00:12 PM 12/12/17 5:00:12 PM Reply	OS-11 and the Apple Industrial Complex They seem to be increasing the "easier-to-just-Do-It-NOW-than wait a bit" nag messages, with presumptions that ... if you're using anything near a wi-fi or console web connection after 8pm? ... we bloody well WILL just do it Our Way.. etc. So, should I become distracted and find they out-LINKED-moi, what horrors might I see immediately? discover at the most inopportune time instead -or- find that--like MIkey in the cereal ad, who won't eat anything--grudgingly I admit is ..an improvement?? Any early-adopters in the house?

Post #421,708 by Another Scott 12/13/17 8:33:20 AM 12/13/17 8:33:20 AM Reply	I assume Ashton's talking about iOS 11 rather than macOS 10.xx.yy Apple's naming conventions invite confusion. :-/ J hasn't updated her iPhone SE to the latest version of iOS yet, so I can't help. macOS 10.xx.yy seems OK here, but we don't stress it a lot. Just minor annoyances to adapt to some changes. But, then I was not pushing the envelope in what I do with the phone. There has been a flurry of App updates and then again to get them right.
