Found out that windows 10 has automatic defrag and optimization built in. Yup it schedules it on the weekend "Science is the belief in the ignorance of the experts" – Richard Feynman

Unsurprisingly, the filesystem engineers at MS know more about this shit that a bunch of neckbeards on the internet)
