Why don't we knock him out, implant some kind of tracking device in or on his person, then let him wake up (tell him he was knocked out in a prison fight or something and was cut and we sewed him up), then track him to more Al Qaeda?
If we're going to abrogate people's civil rights, we might as well do a damn good job of it. Let's at least get some benefit from it, instead of a bunch of political BS from the ACLU and the UN.
There just isn't much benefit him keeping him locked up, because there he won't lead us to more of the "enemy".
I never accused anyone in government of having much imagination, anyway...
