New Pipeline ND is two issues
one it is safer to pipeline it than drive or train it.
two the original route was thru billings white folk area, they successfully said they didnt want so the gummint looked for some brown folk to drive it thru. Fuck that. Put it back on the original route or blow it up. My opinion.
always look out for number one and don't step in number two
