I don't use Windows at work, but our 100+ users do. And these users, well, put it this way, I'm 100% certain your dead ancestors have equal if not superior computer skills. While I've no firsthand experience with Winders 10 and only occasionally have to use my Winders 7 VM, the help desk does report to me and the fact that we haven't been inundated with help desk tickets since rolling 10 out is strong evidence that it must be remarkably easy to use.
