I incline toward the former view regarding this site, but when I read lines like these— One thing I have found about the Bible is this: God does not lie. If he did, the Bible would be useless. Unless every word of the Bible is absolutely true then we would not be able to believe any of it because we would not be able to tell which scriptures are true and which are not. —I get a faint whiff of straw.
