All presidents born after 1787, except for Chester Arthur and Barack Obama, met the “natural born Citizen” criteria, i.e., born on U.S. soil to a mother and father who were themselves U.S. citizens at the time of the President’s birth.

Seriously, it's entertaining for Cruz to have to be subject of this rigmarole, given his policy statements and actions in the Senate, but if he wins the nomination I don't think he will have difficulty claiming to be a "natural born" American.
