One thing is very clear.

Democrat candidates haven't a clue how to run for office against Republicans.

There are many ways the Republicans can be attacked, but when Democrats are viciously attacked by Republicans they just say, "Vote for me because I'm a nice guy (which is not to say my opponent isn't a nice guy too)".
