after years of shit, 21yo son finally getss a 40 hr per week gig as a school custodian for a contract provider. Not much money $9 per hr but medical, paid holidays, accumulated vaca time and healthcare (shitty plan that it is) much heatfelt YAYS! for gainful employment for yout.
you can kill people for America at age 18 but need to be 21 to buy a beer

plot escape from any office job, next, by making-up his own skill set. 40 hrs == the new Grail, yes?
(And a reminder of how Unions brought that about. At a huge personal cost for the many.)
