what chinese troops? Other than naval are they doing anything outside their AOC?

Aren't there some in Africa, protecting their mines, etc.?
E.g. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/dec/23/china-700-combat-troops-south-sudan-africa-battalion-un-peacekeeping I would be very surprised to see any Chinese or Russian troops in Syria in an overt way in the next year. But stranger things have happened. Cheers, Scott. |
